Simple, percentage-based, transparent
Listing is free. Buyers never pay a marketplace fee. Sellers pay one commission per successful transaction, calculated as a percentage of the final agreed price, with a flat minimum fee.

Whichever is larger applies: the percentage commission, or the flat minimum fee shown above.
Make an Offer does not calculate VAT. Buyers and sellers handle VAT and their own commercial invoices.
Reinstatement fee
A listing photo or document that discloses your organisation's identity before payment secures gets the account suspended immediately (see the Terms of Service). Reinstating it costs €100.00, paid directly through the account, non-refundable once paid, and reactivates the account immediately.
